Manage Landowners
Overview
Landowners are the people and organizations that allow us to use their land for trails. You can keep them organized on the “Landowners” page.

From the Site Admin page, click on the “Manage Landowners” link which will take you to the “Landowners” page.
- From the “Landowners” page, you can Add, Edit, and Delete landowners.

To add landowners click on the “add place” button.

The “Add/Edit Landowners” form will be displayed

Fill out the “Add/Edit Landowners” form. The name, contact first name, contact last name, city, state, zip code, and phone number are required. All other fields are optional.

When complete, click on the “Save” button.

You should now see the new place on the list at the bottom of the page.

To edit a landowner click on the name of the landowner you wish to edit in the list at the bottom of the page. Note: If there are too many landowners to search, you can use the search function to narrow the list. Enter the name of the landowner you wish to edit and click the “search” button.

The “Add/Edit Landowners” form will be displayed

Fill out the “Add/Edit Landowners” form. The name, contact first name, contact last name, city, state, zip code, and phone number are required. All other fields are optional.

When complete, click on the “Save” button. The change in the details to the landowner are now saved.

To delete a landowner click on the name of the landowner you wish to delete in the list at the bottom of the page. Note: If there are too many landowners to search, you can use the search function to narrow the list. Enter the name of the place you wish to delete and click the “search” button.

The “Add/Edit Landowners” form will be displayed

Click on the “Delete” button on the “Add/Edit Landowners” form.
- A warning will come up verifying that you wish to delete the item. If you still wish to delete the landowner click the “OK” button, otherwise click the “Cancel’ button.
When adding a note to a Land Owner, it will save the note history below the Land Owner info.
