Manage Membership Fees
Overview
Fees are a necessity of any organization; they keep the groomers in shape and full of fuel. Smarter Trail's Membership Fees tool will help you keep track of who has paid, what types of membership are available, what default fees are, and many other details to keep things running smoothly.

From the Site Admin page, click on the “Membership Fees” link which will take you to the “Membership Fees” page.

From the “Membership Fees” page, you can set the default fee, or edit the club fees.

To set the default fees for all clubs click on the “Edit” button to the right of the default fee information.

The “Edit County Membership Fees” form will be displayed

Fill out the desired amounts”

When complete, click on the “Save” button. The change in the details to the fees are now saved.

To override the default fees for a specific club click on the “Edit” button to the right of the club fee information.

The “Club Membership Fees” form will be displayed

Change the desired amounts
- When complete, click on the “Save” button. The change in the details to the fees are now saved.
